You will move through traditional yoga poses and flow but with some dumbbell - work through bouts of strength training (like dumbbell curl variation) and a round of cardio (jumping jacks, high knees, bodyweight squats etc). this class is specifically challenging for men because it engage commonly weak areas (glutes, posterior delts) and stretches tight muscles (hip flexors, hamstrings, and pecs).
